This is a tutorial showing you how to add windows to your toon car, they will just be reflective since there is no interior to the car.
Here we go, start up blender and open your toon car file up. Now hit numpad 1 and go to the front view, make sure your out of edit mode and in object mode (to get out of hit hit tab if you are in it) then hit space bar - add - mesh - plane. It should look like this from the front view:

Now go to the side view (numpad 3) and select all of the vertexes and move them up to the front in between the two 'bars' like this:

Once that is done select the bottom vertexes and move them forwards like this:

Now go back to the front view (numpad 1) and its time to make it the right size, but first we need to add subsurf. So go to editing (F9) and click on Add modifier then subsurf and use these settings:

Now you can stretch your front window to fit in your car by grabbing vertexes and moving them:

You will notice the gaps, well now its time to fix them. So now what we need to do is make a loop cut so to do this hit CTRL-R and loop cut right in the middle:

If the top goes out of the cars roof just simply move it back down, now to get rid of the little spaces just move the 4 side vertexes out so the gaps are not there. Now this is what you should have:

Now to make it so the front is just not flat select this vertex:

Then go to the side view and move it forwards like this:

The front window is now done. Now time to start the side windows. Staying in the side view hit space bar - add plane. Now size it to your window space:

Now again there are spaces so we need to cut another edge loop right down the center using CTRL-R:

Again there are still small spaces so simply stretch it to cover them.
Then go to the top view select the side window's vertexes and move it over to the windows place.
This is what you should have so far:

Now with the side window still selected hit Shift-D (it makes a duplicate) and move it to the other side for the other window.
Now that that is done go to the front view and add another plane (space bar - plane). It should easily fit with out making any loop cuts so shape it to your window then go to the top view (numpad 7) then move it into position.
Once you are done that go to into object mode (tab) then go to editing (F9) and under Link and Materials hit the button Set Smooth.
Now go to shading (F5) and click add new. use these settings:

Now use these settings under Shaders:

Now click Mirror Transp and use these settings:

This is what the final render looks like:

There you have it, your car has windows!
